About the farm

Adaura Coffee was born at Finca Lorayne, located between 1630-1700 masl in Boquete of Panama. Marcus, the 3rd generation of the family founded Adaura later in 2018 in tribute to his grandparents Adalberto and Aura Rosas, who shared a lot of love and taught the family the value of the land. With the excellent management under the producer and farm leader Edwin Rosas, as well as the unique aging and fermentation methods learnt by Marcus, they are managed to extract the most benefit from their coffee plantations, to appreciate its excellent quality due to their terrific terrior. In 2024 Best of Panama, Adaura won the first place in "Washed Geisha" category, which was a tremendous achievement to Marcus and the team, to continue onwards a promising future to the coffee farm.
