Exchange Policy

Exchange can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot process any of this request.

We only accept exchanges for available items of similar value.

To request an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible to with your order details and the item you would like to exchange it for.


Return and Refund Policy

If you change your mind or mistakenly place any wrong items upon your purchase, we are happy to offer you cancellation of the entire order with fully refunded. Please note this can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot process any of this request.

In the case of any faulty, incorrect or missing items received, we will provide provide partially or fully refunded depends on the circumstances. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to request a return or refund. We may require supporting evidences, such as photographs or a description of the fault or error, to carry out the process.  


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that coffee, as a consumable product, is not eligible for return or refund once it has been dispatched, except it is faulty or incorrectly received. This policy ensures the freshness and quality of our coffee products.


Return Shipping

The items being returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. If you are returning an item due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Refund Process

For requesting a refund of the order before it is dispatched, we will process the refund as soon as your request is confirmed and approved.

For requesting a refund regarding a returned item, we will process the refund once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility.

All refund will be issued using the original payment method. The refund processing time usually takes up to 7 working days.
