Shipping Location
We currently offer shipping services ONLY within the domestic territory i.e. Hong Kong. If you really wish to receive our products in other locations, please contact info@omacoffeeroaster.com for further details. We could try to work on some special requests.
Shipping Courier
SF Express is our chosen shipping courier for all domestic shipments.
Shipping Fee
The shipping fee for your order will depend on the size of the items being purchased. To determine the shipping fee, we refer to the rates suggested by our chosen courier. Please note that the shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders of HKD $400 or over. If your order meets this criteria, the shipping fee will be automatically waived during the checkout page.
Order Processing Time
We strive to ship out orders as soon as all items are available. Our goal is to dispatch orders within 10 days upon your purchase. However, please note that certain items may have longer processing times due to availability or other factors. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.
Estimated Shipping Time
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated shipping time is usually 2-3 working days. It may vary depending on the delivery location and any unforeseen circumstances.
Coffee Items
In the case of any coffee items that are not currently available, we will include them in our next roasting schedule. These items will be roasted on either Monday or Tuesday and will be sent out within 2 working days afterwards. We want to ensure that you receive the freshest coffee possible.
