About the farm

Wilmer's coffee farm is located in San Agustin, in the Santa Clara village. Within his 5-hectare farm, he has planted Caturra, Papayo, Geisha, and Catimor. Wilmer has a trajectory of more than 20 years working with specialty coffee. This experience has allowed him to invest in and expand his farm.

Wilmer believes that one of the most significant factors influencing the quality of his coffee is the location of his farm. The microclimate of the location, along with the quality of the soil is undoubtedly a huge advantage. The summer season doesn’t affect the farm like it does in other places, and the soil has much greater water retention, which directly impacts production and quality.
